Reinstatement of rights (Rule 49.6) permitted under the 'due care' criterion; fee: refer to the Office. Request within three months after removal of the cause and no later than 12 months after the missed time limit. Restoration of priority (Rules 49ter.1 and 49ter.2) accepted under 'due care'.
Agent and power of attorney
Required if the applicant is not resident in North Macedonia; any natural or legal person registered to practice before the Office.
