What’s New in the 2025–26 Admission Circular
The LL.M. (Professional) in Intellectual Property Administration and Legislation is a one-year program divided into two semesters, running from September to August. The last date to apply is 31 July 2025. The tuition fee for Indian nationals is ₹125,000, while foreign nationals are required to pay USD 3,500 for the full program. In addition to tuition, extra charges may apply for re-registration or repeat examinations. To be eligible to appear for the end-semester exams, students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in each course throughout the program.
The one-year LL.M. (Professional) in Intellectual Property Administration and Legislation will cover key areas like patent law, trademark and design law, copyright, IP legislation and enforcement, and international IP treaties. Students will also learn about technology transfer, IP licensing, and innovation management.
