Seema Singh is managing the Foreign Patent Filing & Prosecution with globally with our strong network of global patent attorney network. With knowledge of international patent law and with her experience in managing our foreign network of filings and prosecution across multiple foreign jurisdictions. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Science and CITS in Computer Software, she has both technical knowledge and legal procedural understanding of the work.

Ms. Singh is responsible for handling the complete coordination, documents preparation, and legal compliance related to foreign patent filings, which includes PCT National Phase entries, USPTO, EPO, and any of the PCT member countries. Her responsibilities involve instruction each countries Patent Attorney to prepare filing documents, and ensuring accurate and timely submission through foreign associates or direct filing systems. She manages client communications like complete detailed reporting, completion of documents formalities completion and keeps a close watch on all critical deadlines.

Ms. Singh also tracks all critical deadlines for responding to foreign office actions, monitoring FERs, and proper coordinating with global associates to ensure all prosecution steps are followed correctly. She provides consistent communication support to attorneys and clients coordination as well as timely updates and filing confirmations in line with each countries procedural.

With expertise in software handling and legal process understanding of global filings, Seema contributes to data accuracy, docket management, and compliance completion across the firm's foreign prosecution operations. Her support plays important role in maintaining the smooth and timely handling of international patent portfolios.
